It is springtime once again.  And although the weather is a bit choppy, I always find myself greeted by a fresh sense of optimism at this time of year.

That being said, there is not exactly an abundance of optimism in the economy, and the markets are down.  Spring can be just the time to clean house – but when it comes to your portfolio, that is *not* what we recommend.
